Laguna is a 50:50 Joint Venture between Aquarelle of Mauritius and Monti of Italy

Laguna's Objective is to provide high end formal and semi formal shirts, to top retailers and brands across the world.

Factory is in Bangalore,India. Production started in May 2006, initial capacity is 2500 shirts per day. Expansion to 8000 shirts per day, underway, new plant to start, November 2009.

Laguna uses fabric from Monti, as well as Indian and Chinese mills, such as Honnegar India, Hammerle India, Morarji, Arvind and Lu Thai.
